Since they put the new manager Karime, there have been lots of improvements such as security and new cameras, with this i can ensure my children are safe. I also appreciate the way the manager acts fast as soon as a problem arises. The apartments are well maintained and always cleaned. Me and my family are happy to be a part of this wonderful community, Me and my children have made many acquaintances and friends here. Overall great place to live for you and/or your family.

By far the best place I have ever lived. The manager on site keeps the property beautiful. Any time I have a concern my needs are met immediately! Also I love the community morale! Especially during the holidays She goes above and beyond. Thank you for the amazing experience!

At first it was nice. It has a children's playground and pool. For the last two years the pool has been off limits because lack of upkeep. Evey year or two they get a new manager. Every manager does the very least to get by. Sometimes you call over and over again about something simple and they just don't respond.

The manager, Karime, has been doing an awesome job at cleaning up the property and making sure all of the residents have an enjoyable living experience! She is very helpful and listens to all the needs of the residents!

The new manager has done a great job in “cleaning up” the mess the previous two managers have left. He’s quick with getting things done. This property has lacked consistency from the office. The constant change of managers had really affected the complex. I am hoping this manager stays here for a long time. I think we all deserve this.

Other than the pool NEVER being open I've enjoyed my stay, but for $851.00 a month for a 2br I expected the pool to actually be a luxury inside of decoration!!!

Been here for 2 years and it dosent change nothing gets fixed we cant use the pool vouchers take forever to process and we always have inspections and nothing is ever done ever since covid 19 happend this place went down hill

Horrible since we have a new manager she’s never there and never returns calls either. The last manager was always available even when off the clock he had an emergency number we could contact him. Can’t wait to move out.
