Worst Property Management company Ever! They are slum lords and will keep your entire security deposit no matter how clean, or well maintained you keep the rental. It took them weeks to fix anything, the landlord/owner does all the maintenance him self. He would not call before arriving. The list of complaints goes on and on, if you have any options just don't rent from this company. We have proof that the only worry about how we left the rental during the final walk through was read paint on the wall and the wax pealing on the tile, simple fixes. Not $1250 dollars worth of damage. 14 business days later we receive the deductions.They charged us for things we had service requested months prior to fix. Charged us over $700 to clean which is a ridiculous amount. After we contacted the designated broker, she takes almost 2 weeks to get back to us, its now May, and they decide to give us $400. I mean really we proved the property manager Don Bitzer and landlord are committing fraud by having additional walk through after we signed the final walk through and they think $400 is reasonable. Please if you do end up renting or are already renting from the company cover your butts, take pictures, record the walk through with the property manager. No matter how nice they may seem, you will regret it if you do not have proof in the end.

I was a model tenant for over two years at a property in Tempe. I never missed my rent and kept the place in good shape. When I gave my 30 day notice, i acknowledge a blemish on the wall that I would repair, but would need to paint code to complete. I spent all month trying to get the code from them, plenty of unanswered phone calls, 48 hrs before the final walk through, Josh advised me to "just match it as best you can". During the walk through Josh hardly spoke and didn't even acknowledge the repair despite me pointing it out. He only noted that the place was not as clean as he would like. I pointed out that they charged me a $200 cleaning fee up front because I had a dog, so my cleaning consisted of the usual scope for weekly/monthly cleaning regimen.

When i finally received my security deposit check it was less that a third of the original amount! It came with a receipt for a bunch of cleaning and repair charges, none of which were mentioned during the walk-through, including a garage floor cleaning fee of $200, even though NONE of my vehicles leak any fluids.

I made every effort humanly possible to return the property to them in the condition i received it and they screwed me out of my deposit. Avoid renting with them at all costs of if you want to receive your deposit back!

Update* ME and my family did rent from this "company" and it was the WORST experience!
It would take two pages to list everything that is wrong with this so called company... Let me just tell you that I came home to find one of their "maintenance" guys drinking a beer while on the job.

THE WORST!!!!! My family and I tried to rent from this company. The realator that was handling the house we were applying for didn't answer her phone for the five days that we tried to contact her, the company couldn't even reach her! We never did get our calls returned. What a great way to run a business!!! Avoid this HEADACHE !!!

I first met Steve (Skip) Rohl last year, when I was looking for a house to rent. I told him what I wanted, and he found it for me. Once I decided, he helped me deal with the company managing it. So when I decided to buy a house this year, he was the first person I went to. Again, I told him what I wanted, and he found me some options. When my wants changed, he adapted. Once I made my decision, he helped me through the negotiation process. My closing is next week. And, as a bonus, they appraised the house at $12k more than I paid. Thanks Skip!
