I wanted to share my experience. This real estate office is unlike any other business, I purchased 2 homes in the last 15 years and got excellent and honest feedback, and the entire process was completely transparent. Both Pankaj and Dulce go above and beyond to help their customers. I was worried and nervous for a first-time home buyer, but their concern for me was genuine and the entire process was seamless. I purchased an investment property as well, and this company got the property ready for a rental I have been with them now for over 10 years. They are not your typical real estate agents, they go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your transaction. Munish (Mike) Ghai and his son Parth Ghai were wonderful to work with. They showed us a few properties and catered to our needs. They knew just the kind of property we wanted to rent.
