Krystal has been awesome in helping us handle any issues. Have been in my residence for I think going on 5 years now. Over time some things have degraded and she has been on top of it.

Our dishwashers motor died, they replaced it. They have fixed any and all faucet issues that have arisen in my stay. Recently our AC went out and they got it fixed the same day the tech came out. They have also been amazing in helping us get our trees managed after the December ice storm bent them all over and ruined them with the weight if the snow and ice.

Greatest reality place I have dealt with thus far. Easy process getting us in and took care of us when things required maintenance. Been with them now 2 years and just went through another renewal of lease process and Krystal went over and beyond for us and continuously makes this process easy and always eliminates additional stress during these times. She worked with our amazing landlord and got us setup great during these hard times and market. We are full of gratitude towards Kystal, our landlord and this reality office. Highly recommend!!

We have been renting from Valley for almost 4yrs. The people are great and they work with you not against you! We have had both minor and major maintenance situations and all of them have been taken care of in a timely manor even some things we thought we would be held responsible for like wasp issues. Highly recommend the team at Valley!

I recently rented from Valley Realty when I walked in I found an old boss from the newspaper was work in there, Krystal Rodrigues if you have any rental needs, I would suggest going in and seeing Krystal and see if he has something available for you. We were treated fairly and kindly with the upmost respect our place was clean had new carpet And was shown to us in a timely manner on time on showing day didn’t have to wait around as we’ve had to do in the past with other realty agents. It took us nearly 2 years to get out of the Senators and rent a place here in Carson City and so I met with many realtors over time and many times they give you a time for viewing but they’re very late to the viewing in Valley. Realty was not, those people they were on time spot on for the viewing

So disappointed in this place. Valley Realty has been by far the worst experience with attempting to find a rental that I have ever had. Joy was very rude and unprofessional. They will take your money ($35 each adult)for a background/credit check and then deny your application for student loan debt that I was assured wouldn't be counted against me. To top it off they run a hard inquiry on your credit so after being denied it effects your credit score. Upon being denied they stop answering phone calls or even returning the calls to inform of anything. Got a letter in the mail a week later. Extremely inconsiderate. Complete waste of my time and my money. Joy reprimanded me for mistakes that were made by other employees in their office like I was her employee or something. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service skills. 👎👎👎👎Words of advice: Avoid this place if at all possible!!!!

This "review" pertains mostly to a Realtor working there named Sue Sessions. Somehow, she was able to find that a loved one of mine was in the hospital for about a month back in March. (I have never met this woman, nor has anyone in my family) During that time, she sent a letter to this persons house saying sorry about the hospital visit, but that she would be willing to help us sell the house?! How wrong is that?! We did call her and addressed the issue, asking how she even found out and of course she wouldn't tell! Fast forward a few months, this same loved one of ours has passed. Not even a WEEK after the passing, we receive ANOTHER letter saying, "sorry for the passing BUT I want to sell this house" This is absolutely disturbing, violating, and unprofessional.
