One star is too generous. By far, the worst experience l've had from a management company when renting a place. Communication with them is not only delayed, it is difficult to understand. I was charged a late fee numerous times, when it was their fault (thankfully the owner reversed these charges). When I told them I was moving, I was offered a lower rent and asked to stay. Needless to say, I did not stay. I'm still waiting to receive my security deposit back from them and they have yet to respond to my messages. I don't care how nice a place is and how cheap the rent is, I would never want to deal with this company again.
