Nathaniel Dickison was an absolute headache to work with. Horrible communication skills and does not know how to listen to the desires & wishes of his clients. When we explained we were traveling across the county and needed some time to think about the offer we were harassed and pushed. When we explained that we still wanted him to hold the open house he wanted to give us every reason not to hold the open house and take the deal. My wife & I blew up a deal that was 15K over ask due to the disrespect shown by Nathaniel & the buyers realtor. When we called for questions and clarity Nathaniel told us he was busy. Suggest not using Nathaniel Dickison!
