It's hard to know where to start with Mrs. Hintalla!! She was extremely helpful from the very beginning, doing what she could to answer any and all questions I had despite the initial time difference.

She linked me to a helpful lender who also did what he could to answer my questions or address any concerns that I had -- but back to Mrs. Hintalla!

She assisted me making informed decisions on my choices and gave good advice for things I needed to consider. The housing site she used was also VERY helpful to see homes in real time rather than.looking on Zillow, etc.

Even after closing, she helped link me up with services I needed for the home and still continues to answer the random questions I have.

I have bought and sold several homes over the years with some amazing realtors, but Vanessa takes it to a whole new level. She helped my son buy his first home and she was nothing short of spectacular. She was respectful and patient and helped him understand the process, and what he was looking at. She helped him with aspects beyond just buying the property. She connected him with the right lender, with connecting to all of his utilities, and purchasing a reasonable and effective security system for his property.
