The townhouse we rent through VDM is just what we need and the price is great. We have never had issues & if we do, it is taken care of in a timely period. Kim, the property manager, has always been so kind and helpful to us!

This place rents out extremely small apartments for exorbitant rent prices. The communication between property managers and tenants is so poor unless it concerns when your rent check is due. I would highly suggest renting from literally anyone else in the area because VDM is a joke. I’ve never seen such levels of unprofessionalism from a company before.
