I am having to move suddenly for work and have been completely overwhelmed with what to do about my home. I met with Ms. Ashley Herring and she brought me so much calmness. Her passion for what she does and all of the knowledge she shared with me about how she would manage my home while I’m out of state was exceptional. She explained to me in detail the process and assured me she would take great care of my home and be diligent and thorough with the tenants she will rent it to. I can now worry about other aspects of my move because I know Ashley will take great care of my home. She is amazing to work with!! If you need a property manager, please go see her!

Extremely difficult to get a hold of. When you call their office you get an automated message. The only way to get a hold of someone is by memorizing extensions. When issues arise with the property it would take 2-3 days to get a response and to set up a time. When moving in you could tell the maintenance crew had not repainted. Shelves in closet were not anchored or places in studs.
We were under the assumption the property we rented would be available for 2 years then 2 months prior to lease renewal we were told the owners were returning.
SCAMMERS when it comes to deposit return. I was charged over 100 dollars for not remounting a shelf when specifically asked via phone and email if it needed to be placed back up. We communicated with staffing about our move however they were transitioning employees and no one would return our emails or calls. Email response was a month after the original email.We were also charged 1000 dollars because we left the floors "too shiny" with the floor cleaner we used. Do not trust this company to rent from.
