I hired Mr. Fuller years ago to design a septic system for a barn apartment. He presented himself as a 'wetlands professional'. He hand-dug a pit and said the soils were too wet. I knew that he was incorrect. He disregarded the runoff from an upland neighbor and then pushed an expensive system. I did not continue to work with him because of his incompetence. Years later, he used information I had contracted him for (incorrect data) on my property to help another neighbor take the people who bought my property to court. He has a very bad reputation and is difficult and unprofessional to work with. Also ... the person below calling him 'brilliant' had Mr. Fuller trespass on my property and she actually forged ANR maps to support his unsupported 'findings'.

Aaron and VLI get 5 stars. My first interaction with Aaron was when he volunteered his help while I was on the phone with a Town Clerk trying to get clarification on some site and septic plan questions and he happened to walk into that office and knew the answers.
In addition to that, he agreed to and later met me at the lot I had called the Clerk about, to take measurements and assist me in interpreting the layout according to the existing site plan.
I later reached out to him for hire when we were mid purchase contract and on a deadline and our first contractor unexpectedly could not finish the work we hired him to do.
State permitting is a fairly complicated process but Aaron stepped in, started all over, and completed the site work and site plan redesign on a tight schedule. He kept us informed of progress until our amended WW permit and plans were approved.
In all of our interactions, Aaron was responsive, professional, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend him for any surveying, site or permitting needs.
