Perfect family vacation home in any season!
We have stayed at a different ski house every weekend since the beginning of january and this was by far our favorite. The home is clearly a home that is loved by its owners, it is well cared for and well appointed. The location is perfect (10 minutes from jay and walking distance to dining and shopping). The river is right out the back door, with a little lawn and great outside living space. The home was comfortable for us, but we could have invited another family to stay with us! There are 4 queen beds (2 each in two rooms) and a king in a third room. There is a lovely sitting area upstairs with comfortable seating, a perfect reading nook! The downstairs is comfortable and has a great layout with lots of room to relax and a huge dining table (we sat 8 one night with extra chairs). There is also a 3 season porch, with a picnic table (we would have eaten there if had been a little warmer). We enjoyed breakfast while watching the wildlife in the river. This place was perfect... It has an easy to use ev charger as well! We would absolutely consider staying here again. I also left my kindle behind by mistake and their team found it and is in the process of sending it to me. The customer service was excellent!

This place was perfect for our family! The location was fantastic. The views from the decks, sunroom, living room, primary bedroom, and dining room were gorgeous. The house has everything you need. It is very comfortable and practical. It is inviting and full of natural light. If you have kids, this is the place for you. Also, the kitchen is great, it has all the necessities. We would absolutely stay here again.

Super comfortable home at Smugglers Notch conveniently located a short walk from the slopes. This home was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - and more - for a wonderful ski vacation. Vacasa property management was very responsive to a couple of questions that came up. We definitely recommend this home!

This property was so peaceful and beautiful!! You can not beat the view for sure!! It's out in the country, so you do have to drive a little to get to where you want to go, but it was definitely worth it to us!! Thank you for sharing your home.

Sexy little getaway!
What a cute little place for a romantic winter weekend! The bed is very roomy and very comfortable...We had the best night's sleep! And that gorgeous shower was big enough for two! Tv was easy to use. They shoveled for us since there was quite a bit of snow. We did hear the guests next door.

Jay Peak Slopeside condo - great location for ski in/ski out!!!

We walked to the slopes everyday for first chair. Great location if skiing/riding is what you are there for. House had everything we needed, shovels for all the fresh powder, scissors, new pots/pans, laundry and dishwasher pods, soaps, new sponges and paper towels. Entrance was around the corner of the condo and we never saw another person until Friday morning when we checked out. It was maybe 100 yards from door to slope.

We had a wonderful stay at The Summit 46 in Warren, VT. Plenty of room to relax and spread out and the home had everything we needed. Very relaxing and pleasant, right down to the chair massager! Comfortable beds, great views and super close to skiing at Sugarbush. We would definitely return. Arrangements and communication from Vacasa were seamless and excellent.

Great unit, but in need of maintenance

My family has stayed in this same unit at the mountainside resort 4 or 5 times in that last 4 years. We love the location and the layout and the view is spectacular. My one issue is the complete lack of upkeep/maintenance being done on the unit. We understand that it is a rental property, and don't expect everything to be top of the line, but the lack of care over the years is starting to really show. The bathroom fixtures are old and out dated, but work well enough for a weekend trip. One patio door barely works and the other one would not open. The blinds for the doors have never worked properly or really at all. The gas fireplace was out of commission for two of our trips, but appears to have finally been replaced. On this most recent trip the kitchen sink was badly clogged and the oven smoked up the unit when we tried to pre-heat it to bake something for breakfast. It also would have been nice for them to leave a gallon of water for guests since the resort water is currently unsafe to drink. Water was provided at the pool house, but we didn't have a container for it so we had to go buy a gallon anyway. We love this place and want to continue to go back, but it's getting harder to justify the cost when the experience is slightly worse each time we go.
