I have been living in Bothell for 1.5 years where I rented with Verra Terra Property Management. Jessica Welch was the real state property manager I started with. Right from 0 day she was careless for her job. She did not gave us key code even when we moved there, I need to call and luckily James picked up the call that day and we get key code to move in. The house was not on top standards, we found shar pins in the carpet, big rusted marks on Fridge near filter (never used water dispenser while my stay there) and marks all around the walls. I was told "It was a used house dont expect a new home". While our stay there I did not interacted much with the team, but during move out. Jessica gave us and still giving hard time with deposit return. She is making every possible opportunity to cut from deposit from various means. The worst part she did is allegating me that I did not professionally cleaned the house, even though I hired a company and paid them in full just before move out. Be careful with these people. If you are not in absolute emergency, please try to avoid this company and Jessica as your property manager.
