I had a bad experience with Stephen Hakim personally, He led me on for almost 2 weeks, We agreed on numbers and gave me the impression that this deal was going to happen and towards the end the day before closing date that this deal was a waste of his time and wasn’t worth it when we’ve already went over the details and renovation costs. They make it seem like they are going to buy your property when it’s all just a bunch of lies.

Just sold my rental home in Colorado through Vertigo, Ryan reached out and walked me through the process. As an out of state resident with a long term renter still on lease, Ryan and his team made this an extremely painless and straightforward process. I would receive calls from a host of different buyers constantly looking for me to sell my home.
