Victoria acted as dual agent representing me as a buyer several years ago. As I don't like to speak ill of anyone I have stuffed my thoughts for these last few years however when I saw recently that she has a 5 star rating I felt the need to share my experience. As a result of her biased behavior I will never enter into a dual agent relationship again. Some of her most grievant actions included: not telling me of an important inspection appointment so I could attend; over talking me and my daughter on numerous occasions coupled with not listening to me; encouraging me to sign off on a loan contingency before my loan was secure; and giving seller unrealistic time frames for closing which caused ill-will with seller as well as costing me additional thousands of dollars. I do not wish Victoria poorly but I also think she does not deserve a 5 star rating.
