I lived here in an oceanfront house for a year during covid and I will never forget this wonderful experience. The sunset, whales and dolphins, seagulls, rainbow. When you think you're getting used to the beautiful views, Pacific ocean could always find something new to surprise you. For surfers, you can grab a board and walk to the beach. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Take a short walk to the Pacifica municipal pier or Mori point, there are many other lovely trails with ocean views as well. The managing and maintenance team has always been responsive, friendly and helpful.
A few cons: Temperature might be a little bit lower. To get a clear view, you need to clean windows almost everyday, because the salty wind from ocean could easily get them blurred. Cover your car, otherwise it needs to be washed every time before use. However, these are just minor issues to me considering the incomparable life here.

Me and my partner have lived here for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The units are beautiful, the management and leasing team is absolutely outstanding, and the community and area is just gorgeous. Danny in the leasing office is so awesome and so friendly and always answers all of our questions and emails right away. And the rest of the team is something you won’t find at many apartment complexes, they actually care and are willing to listen and work with you. We plan to renew and stay another year, there’s truly nothing like it. I highly recommend :))

They have Tiny Homes (as seen on TV), eeek! Ridiculously adorable and literally right next to the ocean. Walking to the beach in has never been easier.

Let me say that the cottages at seaside rocks!...Isabelle is the best she's very knowledgeable of the property and she goes above and beyond to help! I move in Saturday and I cant wait to become a part of the Cottages at Seaside Community!

How do we talk to y’all over the phone? You don’t seem to answer or respond to email. I know these are rough times. Please respond so we can chat about this property! Looks nice and would love to know more!

too many rule. They make there rules as they go along. Not children friendly. I moved in and had a trampoline in MY DRIveway. Was told we couldnt have it. Its a liability. Had a basketball hoop said the kids couldnt play in the 15 Mph streets. Said u can not alter anything. The place is covered in rocks with NOTHING FOR THE CHILDREN TO DO BUT THROW THOSE ROCKS. THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND THERE LIABILITY. U HAVE NO FREEDOM THERE. I AM NOW PLANNING TO MOVE.. PROMISES OF A PARK. THEY LIAD.
