Village Racquet Club is a condo association located 3 blocks from downtown Palm Springs. It has very friendly eclectic mix of neighbors, lots of space to walk your pet plus 8 pools and 8 spas, tennis and a gym. The best feature is you can easily walk to anywhere in downtown PS. No need to Uber and save the bucks for other stuff. All the homes have garages, which is rare this close to town.

I personally love it here. My views are truly amazing. The layouts are perfectly designed to not be on top of each other when living with others. The grounds are nicely maintained. There is an abundance of fruit trees that produce tasty fruit. Lots of activities such swimming, tennis, and gym. Just like any city in America there is homelessness. And on occasion a few will be run out of the private and gated community. We keep a watchful eye out for one another. Some are a bit extreme about it, while others take a more humane approach. But all and all, it's a great place to live!

It is a hidden gem. People are nice. Prices are still reasonable. Lots of pools. Needs some
work on the grounds but its looking like thats happening. The home is a good size and each floors feels private. Its close to town. Anyone who is Disgruntled is most likely someone asked to leave who didn't live here. We are close to town and its walkable. Ten minutes or so. Cvs 10 min walk also. PS has a good amount of homeless and we do try to move them along when they try to come in and use pools or the grounds.
I love it and i have found everyone helpful and friendly enough.

Village Racket Club --- Amazing Value; Fabulous Location Near Downtown.

We stayed here and loved it. It is only 3 blocks to Downtown P.S. restaurants, museums, casino, etc. We love walking to everything we enjoy. The units are large with 1,700 square feet or larger. There are great pools and hot tubs, tennis courts (lit) and racket ball courts. There are even free fruit from the many orange and grapefruit trees. We plan on buying here now that the Lease has been extended to 2074.

I was here visiting someone one evening and I tried to find a check in for the gated community to know where I was and to also to get a Uber. There was no checking at all. There number and website do not work. Not very secure to be honest. After that happen I was asked if I was the owner of the business. Well if I am wait and see what I will do.

Horrible mean old residents. Rude and hateful for no reason. Dont move or stay there unless your are over 70 and use a wheelchair. They spy on you you, look in windows, video tape you. Just mean and gross group of people.

Great community, nice residents, dog friendly. Other than some petty crime like car break in's, garage break in's it is a safe place to live.
