The regional manager only cares about aesthetic. She does not care if it is in your lease or not she will just ask you to take it down even. She is not willing to work with you or help in any way. Do not rent from these people. They are not cat friendly

We just moved into our new apartment last week and have been very satisfied with the experience. The front office staff have been great, Victoria and Amanda. I can't say enough good things about Richardo, our maintenance manager, he has helped us several times and is prompt and courteous. Really appreciate him.

My wife and I would like to thank the staff at The Villages at Clear Springs for taking good care of our needs. Any time we have submitted a maintenance request we've received a prompt response. Whether it was changing a light bulb, replacing an air filter, or servicing the plumbing. Maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensures that we have an optimal living environment. We strongly recommend their properties to all incoming graduate students or senior citizens looking for housing. We couldn't be happier!

Poorly kept! Management doesn’t care and maintenance pretends to try but things like outdoor lighting went unattended to, despite numerous complaints from multiple residents.

I've been here for just over 2 years. When I first moved in the office and maintenance staff were great. I have a service ticket still open that is 6 months old. Property was kept in beautiful condition and enforced lease agreement policies for outside storage and wrecked cars kept on site to the point that they won't pass inspection and have expired tabs. People put out garbage whatever day they want even if it is not pickup day. Same people all the time so nothing is being done.

I have lived here for close to 10 years and I am very happy here. It is kept well. The surroundings are as well kept as the people live here keep it. However, the maintenance team does try to keep it clean even though the residents don't always abide by the rules. Ricardo is wonderful at responding to maintenance needs promptly. Previous property managers have been great also so I don't want to discount them. However, Farrah is awesome! She's very professional and shows that she really cares about the people that live here.

We love living here! The office staff is so friendly and help with every need. Kristi has done so many little things to help us that have added up to big things that have really made a difference for us. The grounds are quiet even though we are close to the highway. They have curbside garbage pickup three times a week and come promptly every designated day. The new maintenance guy, Ricardo, has been very prompt and knowledgeable when we have a maintenance request. Although these apartments are a little older which means everything is a little dated, our power and water bills have been very low in comparison to others we have had. I love how this place is tucked away in a neighborhood but has great highway access. My husband loves the huge garage and driveway.
