beautiful place to live, if it weren't for the prices I would live there all my life, it is very quiet and you feel a lot of peace. Although I have to clarify that I filed a complaint so that they could talk to the next-door neighbor since his door entrance and stairs are all dirty because when they go down to throw out the garbage, everything in their path drips, those neighbors are disgusting, they hate them. I told the office and they never did anything. They only said that they would talk to them but it never happened, I can already imagine the disgust they have inside that apartment, it is unpleasant to live with such dirty neighbors and lack of hygiene, just look at the photo and video of their door and you will see what I'm talking about , that thing about looking very bad and having to walk past your door every day and see that dirt is horrible.

Staff is extremely friendly. Maintenance is quick to do repairs—I don’t think I’ve had to wait more than 2 days for a non emergency issue. They’re constantly making upgrades to the grounds (just updated the pool furniture & gym equipment). Landscaping is kept up beautifully. Great location, calm, friendly neighbors. Only thing I would change is interior upgrades like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc—just a more modern facelift. But I wouldn’t trade all the amenities and service for that. Also love they they have a playground on site for the kiddos. Great area.

After dealing with a horrible property management experience, talking to Laura and the rest of the team was a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for somewhere affordable, quiet, well kept, and with great management here in NWA: look no further. There is a reason they have such great reviews! They made the leasing experience so easy, especially concerning my assistance animals. My fiance and I are very excited to call this place our home in August!

We moved to this place 3 months ago and I really love it, everything is very clean and organized. I could give 5 stars but I didn't like the carpet in my apartment and that we don't have a place to store the children's bicycles since we live in the second floor and it is difficult to go up and down with that. But i really like this place It's quiet and calm. ❤️

This complex has good rules, but they don’t know how to enforce them. The dogs park are full of pups and none clean after. And some dogs sometimes get sick because this. Pet should not be unleashed but you can see cats anywhere from other residents walk everywhere. If you put rules you have to enforce them.

We are new to The Villages at Cross Creek, but have been very impressed with our new home! The entire complex is very well kept and feels like a community. Laura has made our leasing process a breeze! She is very organized, friendly and helpful! The maintenance team is very friendly and helpful as well. Our apartment was very clean and nice at move in, they definitely go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. If you are looking for a place to call HOME, look no further!

Surprised how open and spacious these floor plans are for an apartment. I've lived in four apartment communities in my lifetime and this is by far my favorite. For family living in an apartment, I'm impressed at the grass and yard space here. The pool and playground are a total hit for my kiddos. We have enjoyed using the grill at the pool too. We have two small dogs and the pet deposit is affordable compared to other places. They also have a pet park which is nice. I'd definitely recommend this community.
