UPDATE 2025! It’s still amazing! I love it here! It’s perfect!!!!
I’ve been here for a few months and I absolutely love it! Katie the manager has been phenomenal and so has the rest of the staff here! It’s safe, quiet, CLEAN and comfy here. Having the middle school across the street is nice and there’s many restaurants, grocery stores and such in walking distance! My unit does not have carpet like the video I posted but I will say, this place is amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THIS PLACE YOUR NEXT HOME!

I have loved visiting my friend who has lived at Villas Apartments for the past three years! From the moment she moved in, I was impressed by how well-maintained and clean the entire property was. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the apartments themselves are spotless. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment truly made a difference with my visits.

The staff at The Villas are exceptional—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Whether it was a maintenance request or just a quick question, they were always prompt and courteous. Their dedication to making residents feel at home is evident in everything they do.

Overall, my time at The Villas Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed place to call home. I am hoping to move here in the near future!

I'm 34 years old. I've lived here in three different apartments within this complex since the 6th grade. It's not perfect but I love this place. Any real issues that I have had have been with people living here and they're terrible habits and their gross lack of general respect and considerations for their neighbors + lack of discipline for their kids. That can all be resolved by taking pictures documenting experiences informing management. Katie is really good about nipping those kinds of things in the bud. Maintenance needs are done in a timely fashion.

I've lived here for 7 years. Before i had lived in a few complexes but they were horrible and management was hard to get a hold of if there was an issue. My mom moved here a year before and I was so impressed with the property and how things were run that i decided to move in on the other side of the complex. I'm so glad I did. Katie is hands down the best apartment manager i have ever come across. She handles things promptly and makes sure her tennant's are taken care of not to mention she such a caring good natured person in general. She is so efficient and professional that, to be honest she is the reason I have lived here so long, you just don't find great management like them anymore. The units are spacious and a great value for the price of rent and the complex has undergone a few rennovations that add to the great atmosphere.
