In March of this year, my wife and I decided to relocate outside of the California area. Thus, we had to sell our home. We initially contacted an agent through our financing company Rocket Mortgage. The agent came to our house and the conversation centered around the contractual obligations between Rocket Mortgage and us.

Also, during this time, a mutual business partner recommended Vincent Rossi to us. We contacted Vince and set up a meeting. A few days later Vince arrived at our house. After introductions, the very first thing Vince provided was a brochure of our house, which included a buy-and-sale history of the property. This also included comparables to our house that sold within the past 6 months, and comparables that were currently on the market. The comparable information included location, square footage, house-built date, and listing price. During this first meeting, Vince NEVER talked about contractual obligations; he simply discussed his “game plan” on how he would get our house sold. After Vince left, I said to my wife, “this guy knows more about our house than we do.” Unbelievable. The decision was immediately made that Vince was our realtor.

To state that the selling of our home was a turnkey process with Vincent would be a gross understatement. Vince took complete control, made many recommendations along the way, but ALWAYS sought our advice and input regarding what his “next steps” were before enacting. And when we had questions, answers were provided not within the next day, or within hours. Vince responds within MINUTES, seriously.

Within 3 days of the first open house, we received four extremely attractive offers. The offers were right on the mark where Vince expected them to be. Vince provided guidance on the options of each offer. Within 5 days, we accepted an offer. Again, the entire process was turnkey.

In summary, Vince is the consummate sales professional. His dedication to his job is beyond words. In selling our home, Vince completely exceeded our expectations, from start to finish. I would strongly recommend using Vince as your real estate agent. To say he is a superstar would be an understatement.
