My partner and I lived here for almost 3 years, great experience! Property management is very responsive and kind, there is always someone available to help with any issues, and the unit itself is lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, and very green. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, with Redwoods on our front yard, and made it feel like we were living in a treehouse. Highly recommend! 🙂

After submitting a couple requests to get our fridge fixed over the past couple months, Jagan finally came to the rescue. While the fridge was beyond saving (RIP to all our snacks), he quickly replaced it with a new one. The only problem? The replacement was way too big for the space. But Jagan, being the MVP he is, removed the cabinet above it to make it fit. He worked quickly, kept us updated, and overall made the situation way better than we expected. Thanks, Jagan!

I lived here for 1 year and my entire stay was super easy, all thanks to Ravi Anna. He really helped me irrespective of the time or day. He was always there to help me whenever I needed his help, even for the smallest of issues. Super helpful and wonderful person! 10/10 would recommend!

I lived on Dwight Way for 2 years and any time I needed help, maintenance was always there shortly after. They always made me feel comfortable and took care of business very quickly. I liked Ravi’s assistance the most because he was very careful with my personal items and did everything that was necessary. I trusted his work and he was a great help to me. Jagan is the sole maintenance employee who has helped us with our maintenance requests over the past few months of living at a Vindium property. We’ve had issues with our plumbing and he has always been quick to respond, arrive, assess, and replace parts that we need even late at night.
