Holes in front door. Huge cracks along the edges in which you can see the sunlight when the door is completely closed. The front door lock mechanism was missing screws. Garage doesn’t even open and close. Technicians come every time I submit a work order and they take pictures and then they close the order out saying work complete. Overheard the guy on the phone with his supervisor and he told the guy “just put weather stripping in and call it a day”.. I submit pictures that clearly show that the door needs to be replaced but either they do not care or they don’t even bother to look at the pictures.

Rent went up every year during renewal, ended up looking for new places because we couldn’t afford it anymore. Gave notice of rent payments would be late as well and they still charged a late fee.

i am shocked at the practices of this company & the way they do business aswell as a complete lack of compassion to tenants
they are evicting me. i had no $ owed and paid for almost 2 years as a tenabt at this home. my husband died, committed suicide and im traumatized. he passed june 4th , when rent is due. i planned to pay after work but never went bc of my husbamd and was at hospital all day after found him. i forgot about rent for 2 weeks. called amd explained and apologized when remembered. all i had was 1k and i was short 400 from expenses at memorial. i asked if i could pay friday of that week since dont accept partial payments which is one of many rules they have thay make no sense. friday(4days later) and asked if could not charge eviction fee of 500 because they do that if 2 weeks late every month u pay that or cant stay (craxy) was told no.
very cold response and no empathy or understanding. i have been a good tenant. i only owed current month ...... not even late
was told to file hardship application. when did , it said address is not even able to apply so i immediately responded w acreenshot of that and said what do i do ? never heard back. got the $ and tried to pay, app has where i cannot make any payment and still is thay way. i contacted 10+ times to pay and came home to eviction note from county on door when still june they filed it. ridiculous. i was staying at family due to being home being hard and being so sad. so i didnt see that until county aleeady filed eviction for them
ive made so many attempts to bring balance to 0. they don't care. was told they arent seeking payment just possession and refused payment multiple times. 2 days prior to filing eviction they emailed me a lease to re sign for a yr and i was goijg to sign it.
i dont know how i could have paid . only way is online and u cant get in touch w them foor anuthing aside from email and that isnt fast. and they wont reply if something they domt want to answer. sad they would make this so nuch harder for me when world already upside down and barely holding on
i cant get approved to move bc of eviction. double edged swprd they totally have ruined me getting another home. they still have not given a reason for eviction to me that's true. they told county its for non payment. thats not fair when consistently not allowing ne to pay and not answering thebmany attempts to do so or find out how. they shoukdnt be allowed to be open if this is type of business they r . its just evil. raise rent on u like crazy and so many fees
rarely pay what listed as in beginning .þ Wish I could resolve cause I would love tjust do right now. Obviously, Theviction prevention department Actively works against helping you stay they just do the opposite.

I love Vinebrook Homes, they are so quick to respond to you via email and when you put in work orders. Vinebrook is professional, courteous ,polite and very helpful. They have a wide selection of beautiful homes and even offer a transfer program to move from one house to another. Love vinebrook - hope to stay with them for many years to come. If I could give one star, I would. Realtor never showed up to the appointment/showing. Coming from a previous Realtor, this is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Not to mention the weather is scorching hot and the time from work I took to view this home. Brittney Crockett is the realtor! No answer and no text back to even say she is on her way. Makes it hard to even be prospects for the rental properties here when you are at the mercy of such an inconsiderate and unprofessional person.

Update: We now have mold growth and was told it is a routine work order. We are on day 3 of no A/C in almost 100 degree heat. I’ve called multiple times and can only speak with an answering service. There is NO WAY to get in touch with the local employees. Couldn’t have had a worse experience. Mold- untreated, back door -point of entry would not close and took them almost a week to fix it- major safety issue, not to mention the many other issues we hired someone ourselves to fix because we knew they wouldn’t touch it- all windows had to be recaulked, gate broken, back steps falling in, resealing bathtub, removing mold in bathroom (it is back). Our AC has been severely suffering and couldn’t even maintain 78 degrees, they came out to “fix it” Now the A/C went out completely and is not considered an emergency in 100 degree heat. I was told I’d have a “higher up” call me back. When that didn’t happen, I was later told they can’t even tell us that. I am waiting to get the “recorded phone call”

I’ve had a good experience with Vinebrook Home the last 2 years. It was a bit rocky at first but they have made many improvements over the past year. Maintenance request are answered within a couple of hours. The website is very user friendly. Customer service is also great.

This is ridiculous. All I want is my house properly cleaned as it should've been before I moved in. I moved in under the assumption thenhouse was sitting but come to find out it's because the house wasn't properly cleaned upon my arrival. They demand you pay in 48 hours a holdbfee but taking forever to come and fix the situation. I'm over it and about to contact the county and let them handle it. Its been a week and i havent even had any information or anyone contact me. I'm pregnant and highly annoyed with my experience.
