New owner took security away to save a few bucks.
BIG MISTAKE!!!

Apartment complex is over 300 units without security is a BIG MISTAKE.

I want to say how much this property has improved in the past few years. From having a lot of non residents hanging out, with some gangster like people.
To being a place I love to bring my kids to play at the park.
Always very clean!! Rapidly approaching the 5th star.

I love living here!! If I could give 10stars i would. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dee Mercado and Paulina go out of there way to make sure all your needs are taken care of. The community is quiet and clean. Maintenance is always on top of fixing any problems and they are super professional and friendly.

The office staff is don't have speaking morals, the renters pay for security but in past 8 months 2 cars were stolen and they never takes responsibility, their pest control is very poor we could never get rid of cockroaches, the nearby park is homeless and drugs area, considering all this the rent is very high 1500 for one bed and 1800 for two bed.

No matter how much you clean, this place is infested with roaches. The apartments are either poorly built and/or so outdated that they do nothing to keep the pests out. If this place wasn't also in a great location (close to everything you need from groceries to bus stops) and cheap in comparison to the rest of the county, I would rate these apartments 1 star.

Pest control should never be on the tenants. I've lived in two other apartment complexes, and pest control was ALWAYS handled by the landlords. Be it regular or whenever pests are reported. With how bad the roaches here are, it's just common sense to have regular pest control.

Beyond that, the manager is a responsible and reasonable person. I have no complaints about the staff on site. The appliances work. They're not amazing, but you're not going to get amazing at this price.

As a newcomer to this country whose first apartment is here I must say it's so far the best for me. The neighborhood is so green, clean, safe and friendly.
