Had fluorescent lights changed I believe 3 weeks after request. I thought they just forgot which was not a problem since it wasn’t emergency. Maintenance employee was great very friendly so good experience.

The people were great! Ali’s and Brittany were very personable and informative. I would have given them 5 stars! The exception was trying to get in the front entryway! Yikes! The office should have a number on the pad!!

I do not feel that our community director cares about each and every tenant. Our gate to the back was propped open in anticipation of the parking lot being paved. The paving was canceled. Now, a week later, the gate is still open for outsiders to access the parking lot and all the cars in it. The manager has let tenants know how much of her time they take up. She has called tenants on the carpet in the lobby in front of other tenants. The manager has told several tenants that this complex is an emotionally and verbally abusive place. But there is a sense that she is part of the problem and the rules don't apply to everyone.

Every time I turn around there's been a change in processes without any written forms being sent to say that there have been a change. There have been rumors sent down by ambassadors that now we must claim the income made by selling our crafts in the lobby as income. When in order to have a business license you must sell over $10,000 worth of product. I don't meet that requirement however, I am sure that they are not requesting that people who receive extra income from their relatives who are helping them out monetarily is not something that they're requesting from the residents so why should I have to include what little bit I make off of my crafts as income. I'm very upset about this but not only that if I claim my crafting income then I must also claim what it cost me to make the crafting items. So now I must work out a statement of cost versus income so that it can be properly recorded. And quite frankly it's none of your business. I don't make more money than I'm allowed to make to live in this apartment complex I've lived here 13 years and this is outrageous.

I was thrilled to hear Wednesday that my dishwasher was going to be replaced by the end of the week however, it is yet to be completed. I'm hoping our maintenance fine fellows work on Saturday so I won't have these dish-pan hands from washing my dishes by hand.

My toilet was acting up- again- I got a hold of Alisa in the office, she got John to come out and he worked on my toilet until about 9:30 at night! Who does that! Apparently they do! Such a good group of people. Then when they couldn't fix the problem, they got me a brand new toilet and installed it next day! Amazing! I love this place!
