My refrigerator was having problems with maintaining temperature. The day I requested maintenance the freezer 🌡 was 30 degrees. The thermostat was apparently changed. The freezer temperature has been 0-5 but at least everything is frozen. The temperature in the fridge however is running around 40. I'll be adjusting and hopefully this will fix it. I'm happy the fridge has been fixed but maintenance doesn't leave any notice that they have been in the apartment. Only way I knew was my bedroom door was closed. They must have accessed the power box. I got verification from going to the office. It would be so simple to make a notice to be left that maintenance had worked on the problem and whatever results could be conveyed. The office seemed offended when I suggested it.

Thank you, Samantha, for taking all the time we needed to tour the Silverdale Vintage facility and explanation of the application process. You detailed all the features of the site remarkably well and answered all my questions about the application process. I don’t know that I will find any property to exceed what Silverdale Vintage offers seniors. The Spa hot tub was a real draw for these old creaky bones.

I rated my maintenance request a 4 cuz it took about 3 weeks before the issue was resolved. I had to speak with the office a couple of times. I give the maintenance worker a 5 cuz he did a great job.

I was aware that maintenance was quite busy with a project so expected my request be fulfilled in approximately two days. I received service on the same day of submitting my request. I was delighted.

I have lived here since 2011. It is a nice building with nice ammenities: an indoor pool, game room, two lounges and three outdoor patios plus a courtyard. The location is nice and convenient to shopping, medical facilities and restaurants. The premises is kept nice and they respond fairly quickly to service requests. The staff are nice.

I am updating my review (Feb 2024) because things have changed, unfortunately for the worse. FPI manages this building and it has really gone downhill. The carpeting throughout the building is dirty with many spots. My main issue however is with the lighting in the social room which is for the use of all residents. At night, management has some misguided idea that the brightness the lights left on at night will ensure better security. I disagree. If a place is lit well enough to see that is sufficient. I live in the wing facing the social room. At night it is so glaring bright it's lit up like football stadium and that is not an exaggeration. It is an annoying nuisance to put it mildly. I wrote a letter to the management about the problem and asked them to dim the lighting at night. It has been a couple of weeks with no response. I inquired about my letter and they said they're discussing it. Still, no action has been taken. They don't seem to care about the residents' comfort . These photos show what I have to look at all night long when I am not sleeping. My quality of life has suffered.

The pool is always down. Always..no money is spent on cleaning inside buildings. Carpet is full of dog piss..windows never washed..has a very heavy air smell..hate it here
