Shawn and Jayne rented to me for a few years 17 years ago 😳 (a long time ago now haha) but they gave me a chance when I was young, had no rental history, or credit. Shawn was wonderful to deal with and every time there was an issue with the apartment, Vintage Properties responded right away to repair the issue. I’m still grateful they helped me when I was desperately looking for somewhere to live. Their apartments were clean and well maintained. My deposits were always returned in full. I recommend this company.

It's pretty crazy, I haven't had a super long rental history but I've been very fortunate to have such a blessing in Vintage Properties. We live in one of their developments and from the start, we felt extremely well taken care of.

Any time there is an issue, and they are few and far between, front office handles it with care and patience, and they send a very nice repair technician out each time who easily solves any issues thar arise.

We have seen so many horror stories about awful management companies who don't care about their tenants. Vintage is not one of these companies from everything I've experienced. Keep up the great work Vintage!

Broker was extremely rude over the phone. I needed help placing some of my clients into a rental until they were able to buy and wanted to know if we could do business together. She assumed I knew nothing about her company and only wanted to get paid. 99% of property management companies don’t pay realtors but that hasn’t stopped me from referring business to them.

Family run ? Yeah. That explains the good reviews. Most likely family reviews. I have known 2
people now denied. 1 with a excellent credit score older lady on social security disability with a part time job. She was told over the income guidelines. It was a very minimum amount. When she said she she will cut back 1 day a week work
, they said that's fraud. What a joke. Then told now to qualify she has to wait something like 3 months and pay the app fee again. Then another friend was honest and told them his credit score. They said it would be fine. Then denied him saying it was to low .not to mention he had a section 8 voucher. Something wrong with these people. They need to get the kids right out of high school out of there. Hire older people who know what they are doing before they get slapped with discrimination lawsuits. Do not rent from any vintage properties. They are all wacked.

I loved my experience living in one of their properties. If I had any issues it was fixed in amazing time. They were always very responsive and I had 0 issues living in the property managed by them. 10/10 would do again. I wish I could rate the individual property itself, I loved it so much and will miss it dearly.

Jayne, Sean, Mark, and James (who is their maintenance tech) are GREAT. I rented from Vintage Properties for over 9 years and I'd rent from them again if I was staying in the area for another year. I'd also have them manage a building for me. They've been friendly, reasonable, and work to represent both landlords and tenants well. James is usually over the same day or the next business day for any non-emergency maintenance issues. The new owners of the building I was renting went with a different property management company and reported significant maintenance issues went unfixed for over 6 weeks. That would never happen with Vintage Properties.

Seriously do not rent a property managed by these people! Kept $600 of my deposit for blinds that did not work when I moved in. I replaced myself and paid $75. When I moved I took them with me.

Best rental agency I’ve ever dealt with. Quick to address maintenance issues. It’s a family run business and the people are all helpful and reasonable.
