I miss Vintage as my landlord. I lived at their Madeira Beach property which was destroyed by the hurricane. Let me tell you, I didn't realize how good I had it at Vintage until I was forced to live somewhere else. I never had bugs. If I occasionally saw one, they got pest control out even if just 2 of the same bugs. If something broke, they fixed it. My property manager John Hatcherien was always a pleasure to work with. He would offer to drive 40 miles from Brandon to Madeira Beach to fix something himself if it was an urgent matter. He was always a gentleman. He wrote me a letter I needed for FEMA relief long after my tenancy was terminated, despite being under no obligation to help me anymore. Give that man a raise. They gave me my entire security deposit back, no question. It was a good price to live on Madeira Beach. Where I got stuck living now they concealed an ant problem from me, will not even chip in one penny for the pest control efforts, and they assign rude and flaky repairmen to important jobs. I hope they can build the Madeira Beach property back better than before and If the rent is affordable, I'd go back there in a heartbeat.

Did not get back in contact, and the house I had questions about was taken off the market. House in questions was not move in ready. Ad placed on listing said wall to wall carpet, pictures years old used. Did not have company come in and touch up before viewing. Had eater damage and a whole in the tub. Had damage around the foundation, yard was in very poor condition. Was told landlord wasn't going to put more money into fixing anything. Then was ghosted via emails.
