The major business transaction of my life was made after calling Mik Bertolucci at Vintage Sotheby's International Realty. My initial call resulted in Mike and Lisa coming the next day, and after looking over my home, I asked for suggestions on marketing the home. They answered my questions about what to leave and what to change and then assisted in filling out the complicated forms and declarations. They put the sales process into action immediately and within one week the professional pictures were taken, the carpets cleaned, and the inspections all arranged and coordinated. The same day the multiple listing was released, there was an offer. Meeting with Mike the next morning I was told, there was another offer. WOW was I impressed! Mike and Lisa and their team were such a help, and I appreciate their expertise, and professional advice, especially going the extra mile!

The sale of my house in Napa with one of the realtors from this company really let me down. I thought I was so lucky to have this company at first. I didn't know that a contract for sale of a house between the buyers and the seller ( me ) legally could be breached! It was unbelievable . I was in shock when the new owner arrived with dumpsters and started moving in ....Taking all our stuff out of the house and throwing it all away. With the realtor there letting them . If the original contract states a certain date that the sale of our house is complete with a Pacific date that was agreed . on after escrow and all written statements other orders that were on contract discussed and signed by both parties and reviewed by all companies legal trust also. Was legit. Then why did the two licensed realtors show how unprofessional they are by letting this happen to us.... I felt helpless with all these movers barging in my home grabbing every single thing and throwing it all in huge dumpsters while my husband in a hospital bed shocked as I was that they wouldn't stop to let us talk to them about this horrifying home invasion
