We met Maggie Merritt at an open house and arranged for a "get to know you" appointment at our home the following day. We had interviewed multiple realtors that week and immediately felt comfortable with Maggie's knowledge and professionalism. She helped stage our home, even going so far as to help me wash windows and wipe down counters just before the photographer came. We received multiple offers (!!) within hours of the listing going live and we closed on the sale of our home a few weeks later without issue!

As our buyers agent, she showed us quite literally dozens of homes, never pressuring, always remembering what was important to us, until she became just as much of an expert on what we wanted as we were. When the right house came along, we all knew!! Again, the process was smooth and she was there every step of the way. I'll never forget how she worked late into the evening that night, emailing back and forth with our lender, in order to put together the strongest offer possible.

Her customer service was exceptional, far beyond what we have experienced with other real estate professionals in the past. Phone calls were immediately answered, texts messages and emails promptly responded to. She is knowledgeable, personable, and unafraid of a challenge. I really couldn't love her more!

Pat Pieroni is a truly excellent realtor who far exceeded our expectations last year when he helped us buy a rental house in Olympia. Finding the house was the least of the challenges we dealt with. A survey showed that some work needed to be done and he negotiated with the seller (far more effectively than I would have done) to not only pay for the work suggested by the survey, but to make some additional repairs. After the sale he stayed in touch and we still check in with him if we need advice on (for example) finding an electrician or landscaper. As well as these professional attributes, he's a delightful person who has been a pleasure to work with and get to know. I very highly recommend him.
