My HOA is switching management companies, and I was worried about being able to make my payment on time during the transition. Michelle was amazing! She took the time to send me a link to set up my online account. Gave me all my options to pay online, in person and even how to set up a direct payment. I was so worried this was going to be a frustrating transition and she helped make it smoother than I expected and reassured me that this change will be a good one.

The representative I spoke with, Michelle, was wonderful! She actually cared about my situation and spoke to me like we already met. She made sure my issue was sent on to get resolved. Michelle, is personable, intelligent, and works to help the customer. There are very few people I encounter these days with the customer service skills that Michelle encompasses. I made many attempts to try to reach someone about a notice I received in the mail charging me with late/service fees. I finally actually got to talk to Noriel Ignacio. He was extremely professional, competent, persistent and patient with me. ( I find anything to do with technology challenging). He was able to forward a form to me which I need to submit to request a waiver for the fees. I am contacting both Bank of America and the VIS Group. I hope that the people who can actually resolve the issue are as wonderful as Noriel has been.
