Where do I begin. Just don't do it. Maintenance not great. They'd delete the work order before even completing it. Rats and homeless in the pool. ROACHES in the units that come from other units so you can hardly get rid of them and if you do, they'll come back. Not to mention, our ceiling caved in while we were on vacation. They tested the pipes and they burst.... only in our unit because they didn't check it. Close to the highway... and I mean CLOSE. You will hear all the noise. Our AC leaked for several months so we just had puddles of water in out unit floor. The laundry room was horribly kept. Tennants wouldnt take care of it and would throw your clothes out even if they werent done washing/ drying. There was also homeless in the laundry room countless times. No safety here. Parking is also a nightmare. Several break in while I was living there. Horrible experience overall. Don't recommend.

This place was Horrible. Think twice and run. Pool is dirty never could use it. Ruined all my clothes and comforters in the washer and dryer. The worst part is 4 years later they still
Harrass me. I left in good standing. I left because eye guy I was with did domestic violence. When I told the office I would be moving. I was month to month rent I was told bring the Court ordered papers to the office about the restraining order and the court ordered paperwork to move the guy out. Borba Vista Palms let him stay. I left and after the guy and his friends That moved in when I left. When the guy finally left. I was called to clean the guy and his friends he let in. I did to have them leave me alone. Didn’t stop there they continued to call to ask me to do things with other peoples property maintenance requests were never acknowledged Woman were saying one thing then another about anything there. Just sorry for the inconvenience and now we want to charge you to park I am disabled and they wanted me parking far away or pay for a apot that was included when I moved in. -After everything I did I didn’t have to now they put it on my credit So it’s time we may have to go to talk to a Lawyer. I was recently called again for the 1,000 time and I am not responsible for this and the person had me email him everything and no response. Again I did everything and no response. The tub leaks we had. Blinds broken. Hot onset is what you cook on and a tiny sink. If you want mail good lunch office always closed abd I never could get mine

Been here for a few months. Great community. The managers are very thoughtful in how they communicate with us
