The above list is how I would label my first time home buyer experience with my realtor Vivian. I expected the process to be laborious, and down right debilitating but, I was wrong. I experienced the complete opposite.

Vivian genuinely wanted to ensure I found the home that I wanted and, one within my budget.

She ensured all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Plus she never hesitated to explain things in a different way if I didn't fully understand the first time. Vivian ensured I had complete understanding of each step of the process and she kept me on track.

In addition to that, I don't think Vivian sleeps; or maybe she has her phone fully charged all the time and on the highest ringer because there were plenty of times I would hit her up WELL after business hours and BAM! I had an answer to my question or I had an appointment to see house.

Vivian is an amazing realtor and a great person. Even now, months after we parted ways at the signing for my home she is willing to help me navigate being a home owner. Cheers Vivian!
