I gave them a 1 because they didn't have a 0. Microwave broke, grounds people stopped cutting grass because they weren't getting paid, can't lock the front door from the outside, spiders webs and wasp nest everywhere. And the worst of it is we have none to call except on Wednesdays. I've tried to call the number on line but no one will answer. This is what you call a slum lord!!

I did business with this company and sold them a desk for one of their offices in Raeford, NC. After the purchase there was confusion about which desk they wanted. The desk she decided on was amost 400.00 more than the original. After delivering the desk, I was told we would receive a check for the difference. I'm now being told they will not be paying for the difference and I was threatened with the police when speaking with the lady that bought the desk. I went out of my way to make sure she was happy and got the desk she wanted. I was rewarded by being cheated out of 400.00 and threatened with the police. I will never do business with these crooks again and suggest that no one should either. Make sure you get your money up front because if you don't, they'll figure a way to cheat you out of it.

Jessie always treated my wife and I like family. We rented a property 10 years ago. We only rented for 5 years but still even after that and over the last 10 years Jessie was always available and worked with us to find our first home which we just closed escrow on Monday. You can tell that Jessie and all the agents he works with do this not just to make a living but they actually love helping people. I also love the fact that my wife and I can support a independent real estate firm and not just some big corporation.

Horrible place to live! Property is not kept up, spider webs and filfy staircases, there's feces all over the property, garbage services (5pm to 7pm?!) that we pay for is run by prima Donna's that don't take the garbage or too many bags ( only allowed 1 bag?!)or garbage bags don't seem to be closed?¿ fobs that you don't know when they will work and this is outside your apartment...now inside there's an array of issues too many to mention but let me just say 1...paper thin walls and floors - one feels that is living or sleeping in the above apartment or adjacent apartment.
