Last year Adrian L Roach went above and beyond while selling my townhouse. We had buyers offers, accepted, fell through due to lack of diligence on other sides realtor. Adrian stepped up and took over pretty much both sides of the sale to make sure 3rd times the charm and we sold! Based on what I saw, many realtors are just in it for a big commission. Adrian is there for you, getting you what you want, and doing all the work it takes to get deals done. My second realtor in my life and head and shoulders above the rest.
