This complex has no noise insulation. If you live here, you will hear EVERY footstep above you, every conversation your neighbors have, hear their phone(s) buzzing, and might even wake up to them snoring at night.

I live on the first floor and can hear both, my 2nd floor and 3rd floor neighbors (when they talk at completely normal volumes). I can hear their phone alarms go off, hear them using their sinks, toilet, etc.

Although this complex is very conveniently located (lots of local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants) and very safe, the complete lack of privacy/noise insulation is absurd.

Same with the other reviewers, I live on the first floor and can hear every single footstep of my upstairs neighbor. Sounds like an elephant is living above me. The sound insulation is so incredibly bad.

Nice facilities don't make up for the inadequate sound-proofing of apartments. I could hear my upstairs neighbor's phone vibrate and would often hear the tenant above me laughing on a phone call at 1130PM - the sound proofing was so bad it often sounded like they were nearly in my room. The creaks in the floorboards were often so loud I had to crank the volume up to 90-some on my TV just to drown it out. Finally, if you (a tenant) leave your car in an unreserved spot, they consider ALL unreserved spots visitor spots and will TOW your car after a few days. Would never live here again.

Also, two friends on separate occasions described the vibe of the complex as being "where I imagine a recently divorced 45-year old would live." No thanks.

I used to enjoy visiting my friend here ( still enjoy my friend), but now there is this new president that jumps out like a barking dog and yells at people. So stuck up and unprofessional! Also, very nosy - she was asking me who I was visiting here. Mind your own business, ma'am. Also, it looked like her husband was making videos of me - creepy!

The siding of the buildings is very cheap, it's melted from too much sun exposure in some areas. Kids playground is falling apart and is a major safety hazard - not well upkept area. The walls in the units are very thin, you can hear people walking, watching tv, using the bathroom - I wouldn't want to live here.

I was the first owner of M203.
Bought at 64K in 1996, sold for 125K in 2006. I think it was the smallest unit in the complex at 488 SQFT.
It was a nice area to live at, at the time.

This condo complex has great location. Right in downtown Newcastle. Two minutes walk from 2 supermarkets, restaurants, farmers market and more. It belongs to Issaquah school district. Has
very nice cabana with fitness gym and large outdoor pool. Across the street from lake Boren. Complex is kept in good condition.

Well kept condos with easy access for commuting. Their club house was recently redone. They even have a racquet ball court, full gym and a nice pool.

This is where I live... nice condos, but a bit expensive! You can rent from certain owners for less.
