Moved in 4 years ago, had cockroches, then rats, and bats in the attic. The carpets were filthy and the drywall had numerous painted over patch jobs. Last year the back of the unit started leaking witch it took 5 months to fix. We mold and mushrooms growing in the back wall. Last 5 months we lived there only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove worked. They switch Managers regularly 4 of them in 4 This place is a joke. They dont do timey repairs and will illegally try to charge you to not return deposit. It's been over 21 day's and still not received my deposit back.

Recently moved out after being stuck here for 4 ish years. If you want to live somewhere with transients shuffling through the trash, constantly sitting in your car, or throwing things at it , middle of the street overdoses & brawls, This is the place for you! Every year or so they get a new manager on their “high” horse that tries to put things back together but eventually give up. Maybe it’s the mold in the walls they just cover up & call a day driving everyone mad 🤷🏽‍♀️.
