I bought cake pops. After taking a bite, I could see that they were moldy under the chocolate. I called the store, so they could check and remove other items. No one answered in any department except pharmacy, and they told me they could not do anything but transfer me. I got violently ill from the bite I took. It is ridiculous and disgusting.
Update: I went back to the store and they still had the cake pops on the shelf. They said they can't answer the phone due to remodeling. No apology, just a disgusted face. Pretty much what I expected, but hopefully they will removed the rest from the shelves. 🤢

As I was strolling through the children section looking at clothes. I notice a box cuter open with a blade out sitting on top of a box. There is no staff in sight. Such a dangerous and bad decision on whichever staff left it there. I had to send my nephew to the car because I didn't want him to pick it up. John, the store manager, was informed by me, although he was occupied on a cellphone conversation, walking around the store. It was nice that he stopped to hear what I had to say as he swiftly returned to his call and waved me off as he walked in the direction of the kids section. The last time I was there, it was a piece of broken glass on the floor. There were plenty of stockers working the shelves as well as a manager, and none of them claimed to have seen it. I politely walked the manager over to pick it up. This Walmart is not safe for shoppers. No one cares unless they are dog walked to do it.

I have never seen a Walmart in Snellville so dirty and unsanitary! This is so unacceptable! With the holidays being so busy someone should check and make sure the bathrooms are clean.

This is probably the worst Walmart store I’ve been in so far. I spent $157 in groceries and I went through a checkout line for a cashier could checkout me faster. As I proceeded to leave, I handed the receipt to the old white man with the beard and he proceeded to look through my whole grocery cart as if I had stole something. Immediately the customer behind him said, sir he has his receipt so what is the problem. I’m so sick of the racial profiling when it comes to someone of color shopping at Walmart stores. I have kidney failure and this made me so upset dealing with someone that treated me as though I had done something wrong.

The women’s bathrooms at this location were a complete health hazard! When I mentioned it to an employee sitting outside the bathrooms she just looked at me with glazed eyes and didn’t move. The videos are of both the front and back women’s restrooms. Do better Walmart on Scenic Highway!!!! 🤢

Updated review -two years later. The store has gone through many changes for the better.

The parking section was horrific. The garden center is the best between the supercenter in lawrencville Duluth and lilburn. I found a few exotic plants. I also unfortunately found cactuses that had flowers crazy glued to them 🙁 overall great experience

Bathroom was very clean. Staff was helpful.

The tire department in this specific location has the worst service and customer interaction that anyone could imagine. Today 11/19/24 I left the store and noticed that one of my tires was flat and I was directed to the tire department for assistance. When I arrived, my tire was fully flat and I sale the associate if he could fill my tire or use the spare one. They consulted the other employees and then refused to service me if not for three hours just to fill the tire with air or to apply my spare tire once I was already in their line. I had to get out of line and move my car in the pouring rain and change my own tire because they refused to help me. Today I realized and now hate to take my family’s vehicles to a place without values or a clear idea of service and decency. I understand that this is a department without direction.

Worst Walmart around, employees don't care about the customers, never have. If the employees are shopping, you'll need to get out of their way for their job is more important than you, the customer. The lines to checkout are always very long, they never have an adequate amount of registers open, especially self checkout, makes no sense. A hour to get 3 things. They are doing everything they can to make you shop online, so they can pick the wrong items and the most terrible produce. I've eliminated most of my Walmart needs because of this nonsense, but I guess I will have to completely eliminate them. Every retailer can go under and Walmart is doing everything the can to be next.
