When preparing to sell our house, we had to decide between a couple of realtors. We chose Walt for several reasons. He is not only experienced, knowledgeable and professional but also easy going and thoughtful. His advice was invaluable. He listened to what was important to us. He really helped us sort through all the possibilities and things we needed to do to better position our house for sale. He coordinated a team which did all the work necessary and was always available to communicate with if issues or questions arose. He was realistic about our house and the market and optimistic about potential buyers and what the value of our house might be to them. He helped us price the house well and it sold above asking within less than a week of listing. Selling a house can be extremely stressful, however, Walt’s expertise and positive attitude helped us remain calm and confident throughout the process.

I've known Walt for a long time, we're tennis mates and belong to the same Tennis Club. I told him I needed to sell my Mom's house and he offered to help. I showed him the house, and he convinced me to meet with his Real Estate team. Which I did, and I was impressed with them. They offered to make improvements, and stage my Mom's house. Not to mention that they were up to date with all the latest techniques of selling a house. All this with no cost out of my pocket with payment due at the end of escrow.
My Mom's house never looked better and it sold within two weeks with a great price. I owe all of this to Walt.
