I happily lived at one of their properties for about 4 years. Eileen is an excellent property supervisor. Of all the property managers/landlords I've dealt with, she's been the best hands down.

All of my maintenance issues were handled promptly and any regular maintenance was also handled quite professionally. I highly recommend renting from them!!

Eileen is amazing! Always was happy to help with any problems, right away. We lived there for 3 years and never had a major issue that couldn't be solved in an efficient and timely manner. We only moved away because we wanted to move into a house. Thanks Eileen!

Cheap monthly rent and close to the beach.

It sounded great and the presentation on the surface was awesome..... However; consider the cost to your health and wellness of you and your family.

A few suggestions before signing the lease
1. Talk with your soon-to-be neighbors before signing a lease. You may reconsider afterward... 🤔
2. Ask for the pest control schedule. (Dog and Son got burned from the chemicals. Also, our dog was trying to chew her feet off from day one of living in our apartment.)🗓
3. Get your parking in the lease! 📑
4. Submit your work requests or concerns in writing. 📝
5. Install a Ring Door Bell. 🔊
6. Invest in noise canceling head phones.🧘🏻‍♀️
7. Understand that concerns submitted are not kept Anonymous. 💁🏼💁🏼‍♀️🧏🏼‍♂️🧏🏻

Was excited to rent one of their properties as it was in a great location and was the right amount of space for us. Unfortunately we were convinced otherwise due to bad experience with management. First of all, we called for two days straight and couldn't get a hold of them. Then, my fiance and I both went in individually just to ask questions and see if we could be flexible a bit with the move-in date. Woman was rude, condescending, unsympathetic and unwilling to work with us. Couldn't or wouldn't answer simple, direct questions about the property. We both left two separate conversations feeling insulted.

I'm shocked she still has a job. If I ever saw an employee treat a customer the way we were treated, I would expect them to be fired.

My car has been vandalized twice and both times were in front of the cameras of the apartment complex, which supposedly “don’t record”, according to Eva, the manager here at the Arbors of Santa Ana. We were told when we moved in that there is security at night, camera surveillance, and a good neighborhood. ALL LIES! Poor management, period.

Yolanda Mora is the worst surpervisor ever
She kept hangin up on me and wouldn't listen to what i had to say... she kept saying she had better things to do than talk to me
she even treating me to call the cops if i go to the office to speak to her personally about a issue i had... are you serious? I been a tenant for 5 years i have always pay my rent on time no complaints about me from anyone...
She is the worst... and she is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all

The Village of Claremont has the worst unprofessional managers I've ever experience. There is no accountability of how they treat people, they are hardly ever in their office during office hours. They won't respond to your calls, emails or if you do find them in their office nothing will be resolved. The property management is just as bad, they won't respond to you either. Lesson learned!!

BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY - Four days before we were to move into a property managed by Cliff Warren Investments, at the lease signing meeting, Yolanda snatched away the lease and said “it wasn’t going to work” because we were asking questions about the lease agreement and she didn’t like our “attitude.” She ostensibly made us homeless, reneging on a deal we had left a deposit on, four days before we were scheduled to move in. This company simply cannot be trusted…
