My apartment along with what I’ve noticed while taking my dog out for a walk is they all seem to start with a private porch that has a patio for furniture and plants. You have a private entry that leads to the living area were there is a kitchenette with sink, area for microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and or dishes. But the best part is the extra large cubberd space. Private shower and tub with towels holders, and shampoo/conditioner/soap holders. With additional safety rails around the inside of the shower for assisting the disabled. Private bedroom with space for a TV, dresser, iron/board, clothes hamper. Everything is new and clean. With very nice appliances such as stove, oven and fridge. If you have a dog there is plenty of space in the personal dog park. Because I have a small dog it helps for him to run around and have fun safely. There are two pool areas with disable ready therapy chairs for the pool and jacuzzi. The pools have large awnings with lounge/chairs, and tables and a portion of the pool is provided with shade. There are also two private washing rooms with wheel around clothing hangers/hampers for laundry and a great table for folding located inside. The apartments have only one entry gate and it makes me feel safe and comfortable to know there is security that I’ve noticed at nite. One thing I have to point out is how quite it is through out the day and thats a plus for me because I like having my sliding door open for the breeze. My neighbors are also extremely nice. The management was nice, quick and polite in assisting me during a small toilet issue. I must say the maintenance has to be one of the nicest and out going people I’ve encountered. He definitely puts a smile on my face each time I see him with his outgoing personality. Overall I’ve lived here 2 years and I would highly recommend these apartments for anyone disabled or not. 5 star rating for for sure.

It's a beautiful complex, nice, quiet and very clean. During the application process Mrs. Juanita was very pleasant and helpful. She was very professional and courteous. At first was very nervous from previous reviews but after a few moments speaking with her I felt very comfortable. She explained about the property amenities, social events and available shopping in the area. It was a pleasure meeting her.

I've been living here for almost two years now & it's very quiet, calm, with the sweetest neighbors & convenient location to many stores & restaurants.

Juanita the complex manager is the most sweetest person who has yet to be corrupted by her position & treats everyone with care & respect.

Management disobeys there own rules and evicts for the same thing going on in their home. And not sure how professional having ur newly hired maintenance man deliver paperwork, to someone other then whom it belonged IS ALSO witnessed this same maintenance guy scream at and embarass a resident and make her cry due to his own FALSE ACCUSATIONS on the same day... This place took advantage of a disabled woman that has a hard time processing anything. Not only did they evict her for something she didn't understand was wrong but allowed her to turn in her house key that same day on a Friday then came back Monday telling her that she was trespassing and had 30 minutes to get her belongings and get out or authorities would be involved. Can you imagine her reaction when she went back a week later thinking that she would be able to grab the rest of her things to find out that they were just thrown in the garbage..

I truly enjoy this community, quiet, friendly neighbors, spacious 1 bdrm with patio, management and onsite maintenance always pleasant and easy to work with. I feel safe and comfortable living here.

My prior and more recent experience with the manager Juanita I have found to be one on one individual should have to endure. Her unprofessionalism is that of an individual who has found a longtime comfort level of blinding others into believing she truly knows what she's doing. Her rude mannerisms, abrasive and harsh tone are that of an angry school teacher ready to wack your hands with a ruler for making a simple error. She has yet and slow to process request for maintenance issues as I have waited over 9 months to get my broken blinds fixed. Maybe because her husband our onsite maintenance tech is taking a nap or on another private honey do list. Needless to say I have yet to see a pleasant side or conducted a conversation without a negative tone, would love to know how to get on this woman's goodside? Maybe a plump Holiday card with cash! On another note beautiful property and beautiful units just try to make the best of Cruela in the office!

Be forewarned before renting from this complex, True the prices are low and accomodaring to the disabled and senior citizens but it comes with a price. You will have to succomb and bow down to their so called reigning queen of the complex. Sure she is self crowned but nobody seems to stand up to her and many have fallen and or suffered substantial loss due to her hypocritical, judgemental, two faced, vindictive ploys she uses to get her way. If you have grandkids that visit she will have you evicted! If you have a guest stay with you for a spell she will have you evicted! If you park your car in a spot she hasnt deemed you worthy to park, she will have you evicted and your car towed and impounded! When you are outside checking your mail or whatever and she spots you she will hunt you down like prey and proceed to interrogate you until you forget who you are! She is in EVERYONE'S business and she tells EVERYONE'S business to everyone. She is not alone she has a posey of her daughter and a handful of followers that she has brain washed into her twisted evil ways. Her name is DORA! She's not the cartoon explorer, but she will explore your business to no end and is relentless in the destruction she sees fit to invoke upon you. She and her daughter live together in the one bedroom apartment, the same violation she has had many ousted for. Her most recent feat...she had our latest manager removed from her position because she has two young children that like to play outdoors. DORA doesnt like lil children and decided to get rid of the whole family! She is a cop caller, without mercy or remorse. She is your worst nightmare of a neighbor. Think twice befor you apply here, she may just be sitting on the benches outside the office while youre here, if so..run applicant run!
