Simply the best. Everything you want from a bank. You never have to think about it. I have used this bank ever since they opened branches in Idaho and have always found them helpful, responsive and accurate. On-line banking and bill pay are fast and convenient.Real time savers. I never have to worry about payments not being made with auto-pay and still have complete control over my funds. The staff is friendly but professional. Just today, they helped me with a wire transfer -- something I rarely need to do -- and the service could not have been better. Thank you!

I've been with Washington Trust Bank Coeur d'Alene ID branch, for over 10 years now. From business to personal banking.

They're hands down the best bank to do business with. Always ready to help and not looking at you as how much of a revenue source can they turn you into. Also I've had two real estate loans. My experience couldn't of been better.

Like most banks, the customer service is great, but the major thing I look for in a bank these days is online banking. Washington Trust really needs to catch up to the times. My very first purchase attempts online were denied because my account had the incorrect zip code somehow (online purchases for Netflix and Hulu, for example, match the account zip code with a debit card). I have had to reset my password over four times now, the app only worked occasionally (which I deleted), you can't deposit checks via phone like other banks, among other cool features, and every other time I try to even login online on my phone it says "user blocked" and I have to reset my password all over again. Online banking is really important to me, so I am going to have to switch banks. If online banking is important to you, my advice is skip Washington Trust.
