Our experience with TRES (The Real Estate Store) was great from start to finish. Wasilik was very personable and professional. With the stipulations on selling our home and buying a new home, we had a lot of hurdles to overcome. He was always available to help us overcome those obstacles. Stay away from this agency. There were many conflicts of interest during our process with them, and their business ethics practices were questionable at best. I won't begin to go into the whole ordeal that was involved in dealing with them, but it was clear that Wasilik was only looking out for his own self interests, and not for the seller or buyer. It's been a few years since our purchase, but the process still leaves a bitter taste.

If you are looking for a professional company that can handle not only the listing and selling of your residential real estate property in southern California, but also with simplification and compliance of the sale transaction with all legal Local, State & Federal laws, The Real Estate Store Inc. with the leadership of Wasilik Klimenko is the answer. On October 16, 2023, when I met Wasilik for the 1st time at the property to be sold, he already had a complete professional marketing plan about the listing and the simplified plan of handling the Sale transaction through his “The Real Estate Store Inc.” team. In less than a week and right after signing the listing contract with Wasilik, professional photos of the interior and exterior with drone capture high-definition virtual tour to our property was completed. The property was listed before the end of October 23rd weekend and Wasilik had an open house on October 28th weekend. We got a full asking Price offer on October 30th. Despite some legal and technical complications that we encountered from the Title company, together with Wasilik and his team we got the job done and escrow was closed on December 5th of 2023.
