My experience with Cari and Wasz Dukes Real Estate was no stress and painless. I spoke with Cari, my agent and made her aware of the home I was interested in purchasing and the amount of land I would like for homesteading. Cari, then started sending my homes within an hour of my workplace, from front Royal to colonial beach to lake Anna! We visited maybe three homes before we found my home! Once we saw it, I knew it was what I wanted and Cari didn’t allow the opportunity to slip away, she made the offer letter the first day the home was listed for sale on the site and the seller accepted the offer! Shortly after that, July 7, I was a home owner/buyer and I am soo happy with the experience…. Cari guided me through the process from the beginning to closing. It was painless and very little stress and I am so happy with the outcome. Thank you Cari and the entire real estate team! Oh, there is a lot of documents you have to sign and paperwork that you must submit but it is done online and simply clicking to endorse your signature. I would recommend this service for anyone interested in purchasing a home!

I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with through this process than Josh. While home-buying is an incredibly stressful and complicated process, Josh was always a calm and knowledgable presence every step of the way. He was always available and super communicative to answer my many questions. He's able to give both professional and real-life advice and perspective through the process because of his extensive experience in the field. He does a great job at getting to know you so he can learn your needs and wants as you're in your search. Josh has also worked with many people I know in the DC-area and everyone I speak with has had an awesome experience with him - so he's well-known and respected in this area. As a first-time home buyer, I am so grateful to have worked with Josh and I strongly recommend working with him.

Cari Collins is a stellar realtor! As a first time homebuyer I was looking for someone who operates by the books but knows how to play their cards right in the real estate game. Cari was able to negotiate us down from the sellers' asking price and get a credit toward repairs for the house. Her response time is incredible and she really stayed on top of things. And best of all, she is a person of peace and positivity! There was never an ask too hard or too difficult for her, and even when the situation wasn't ideal, she would never be negative but always operate from a place of objective honesty. 5/5 recommend the team at Wasz Dukes, especially if you can request Cari

Jacqueline Redding was an absolute gem in helping me find my first home! My husband and I had a wonderful time working with Josh Dukes and finding our home sweet home (and during a pandemic!). We considered homes in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC areas and we were so glad to have crossed paths with Josh and work with all the logistics of home ownership.
