This property is quiet, in a wonderful location, and has a staff who cares. Connor, the leasing agent, is fantastic. He is attentive, respectful, and goes above and beyond to make sure his tenants needs are met. I had the pleasure of touring some apartments with him to find a place for my brother that recently moved to WA, and I couldn’t be happier that my brother will be living at such a serene property with a great staff.

I have lived here for a few years. Since Hailey came into this place, management has been nothing but wonderful. They are quick to assist you with anything you need, they are always kind and respectful, and I have never had any issues living here. By far, this is the best management I have ever dealt with throughout my rental history with apartments. Thank you Hailey for being so awesome!

I would not recommend renting from this apartment complex The management is extremely unprofessional and rude, if you have maintenance issues they will not address immediately it takes weeks. The appliances inside the apartments are very cheap and break often. There is mold issues as well since this apartment buildings were built in a wetland across the street from silver Lake. The management does nothing about this mold issue even though they've seen it in their inspections.The turnover in staff is very high and the landscaping company that comes out does a really bad job in cleaning up the grounds which has a lot of trees and evergreen shrubs that are not maintained. There are no surveillance cameras on the property so this is a huge safety concern especially when the area is known to have high theft of vehicles. The grounds are poorly maintained and dog feces can be found throughout the property.
The swimming pool was closed in July and never reopened so you're basically paying for amenities that you will not get.

I have been living here since February and the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Haley is always so sweet and Phil came to fix my heater at 10:30 pm during his after hours. My neighbors have been quiet and respectful with no issues.

We recently moved in and are loving everything so far! Managment has been friendly, maintenance crew was stellar and I'm overall more impressed than I would've expected from any apartment complex. Plus having the view of silver lake makes it that much more enjoyable!

Apartment paperwork was fast and everything was filled online. The Conor was helpful and including the maintenance person took care my hot water.

Out of three years there has been a dedicated maintenance worker for less than 18-20 months. Maintenance will simply get ignored and when brought up that it's been 6+ months "an error in the system marked them as complete".

The parking lot hasn't been properly maintained ever. The lines are nearly invisible and people will often park two wide in a single spot (picture attached of common parking in the complex try and spot the line to see who's at fault). The driveway is constantly blocked by parked vehicles and the staff ignores it which is an extreme safety hazard (no fire access, having to drive around via one ways, or worse walk around as there's no sidewalks entering or exiting the complex)

They have such a high turnover rate on staff, the newest office staff will raise their voice at you and offer you their best empathetic "NEVER COME BACK" to the leasing office if you try and bring them any complaint. (Not sure how this works as I pay for the facilities in the office 💁) Also pictured: a leak repair on the ceiling, and the original carpet we moved in with that we were promised a cleaning/replacement on when we moved in one management company ago.

Olivia and Hailey should start doing their jobs and doing them properly. Highly unprofessional.

Update: Maintenance requests were fixed after this review was posted. As was a 10 day compliance or evict notice. Good with the bad right?

I have been at Waterford for about 5 years. The turn over on staff is high, feels like they have a new manager at least every 6 to 8 months. Ms. Hailey, has been rude and very condescending, plus unprofessional towards myself. I have multiple times asked for her supervisor's contact info which she has refused to provide. My lease expires tomorrow, we supposed to have decided by now if we stay or go. Ms. Hailey has been working on getting approval to fix/replace over 5 year old carpets and still waiting on an answer. The only person in office who has costumer service skills is Ms. Sammie, she has been respectful and helpful in every interaction. It is sad, Ms. Hailey lacks training, professionalism, and respect for the people calling this place home. I am not the only one who feels like this, yearlong neighbors have same concerns. I wish the owners of the property could do better with the customer care they provide.
