So first off, the apartment is beautiful and spacious. Maintenance is beyond phenomenal. People in the neighborhood are friendly. Meredith is very quick to try and rectify any issues that arise, you couldn't ask for a better property manager. They are light years ahead of the other apartments we've lived at. The apartment entry doors are very heavy/close by themselves, nobody seems to have the common courtesy to hold their doors shut as they close even during "quiet hours". When they close by themselves they're extremely loud. Our 2 year old is non-verbal and suspected to be on the spectrum so the constant slamming of doors leads her to have meltdowns frequently because she's terrified of it.

I’ve been at this apartment for about a week. I’m really impressed with how great Holly was at answering all my questions, walking through the community and an absolute pleasure! I’m thankful for how kind the office and maintenance crew has been. The community is clean and so far a great place to live!
