I got my bulk mushroom compost delivered and it was a wonderful experience due to the wonderful driving skills of the delivery man Jesse. He easily navigated my alley and dumped my compost on my tarp without spilling it in my flower bed. 10/10 would recommend for your bulk good needs.

Jay Byrnes at Waynesboro Garden Center designed and, with his team, installed some beautiful landscaping a few days ago for us. They arrived on time, installed all the shrubs and plants, wonderful double shred mulch was added, watered all the plants before and after the mulch, and they did a thorough clean up afterward. Our neighbors have been stopping by and commenting how nice it looks. We couldn’t be happier with the new installation. Job well done and I highly recommend them!

We attended the seed planting workshop on 3/8/25 to get a head start on our garden for this season. Kate had everything well organized at an incredible price point, Gabby taught us all the pro tips to set us up for success, and Craig was on hand to help out with all the shopping afterwards with discounts, coupons and a cart ride to load everything in my car. Waynesboro Garden and Landscape provided an amazing experience with my 8 year old daughter and we can't wait for the next one! Highly recommend!

We do all of our own landscaping and stop at Waynesboro Landscape and Garden Center pretty often. Very good selection of annuals, perennials, and nursery stock. The staff is always available to answer question and help, but not at all pushy. A lot of their stuff is planted on our property.

I recently had an opportunity to work with Waynesboro Landscaping and Garden Center on an unexpected project.
Here is what I can tell you... many businesses have quality products, but only a select few have quality people. It's that simple.
Craig and Kim Johnson are honest folks who stand by their employees and all aspects of their business.
I am a big fan of response time, doing the right thing, and mainly doing right by the customer. As their mission statement says, the business is a “Family with Accountability." I would recommend Waynesboro Landscaping and Garden Center to any and all without a second of hesitation. The owners exude old school values that allow you to completely take the worry out of your projects. They are simply the BEST!

Waynesboro Landscaping gets 5-Stars for this one. After meeting with several contractors who would not take on our project, one recommended Waynesboro Landscaping. I contacted them via their website, received a call the next business day, their landscape designer (Jay Byrnes) met with us on-site several times (we live way out near Wintergreen) - very polite, developed a concept plan for a retained patio area that met our goals and budget, provided frequent updates via email, performed the work as scheduled and did a great job, cleaned up after and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. It’s a beautiful outdoor space that we’ll enjoy for years.

We used Waynesboro Landscape to design and install all of our landscaping (grass, plants, trees, mulch, and hard scaping) for our new house in March, 2024. The entire process from design through installation and follow up was exactly as promised and the results have been fantastic.

Our Landscape Architect was Van Anderson. Van was extremely helpful and took extra time to educate us about the best plants for our area. He also provided valuable guidance to ensure that the sod and seeded areas of our lawn were well prepared and came in strong. The lawn is now very well established in just one season (including going through the stress of the drought last June).

The full installation took approximately 10 days. Van was on site every day to make sure the crew had everything they needed and always had time to provide us updates and answer any questions. Van and the Waynesboro Landscape team also followed up quickly when we had a few minor issues after the installation, honoring their one year warranty without any question or debate.

We will certainly continue to use Waynesboro Landscape, and hope to work with Van again, in the future.

Van and his team have been planting trees for me every year for the last eight years. Van is knowledgeable, helpful and is absolutely delightful to work with on any project. The planting team, led by Leonardo, work hard, are careful and always clean up before they are finished. They, too, have always been pleasant to work with.
