I needed a private lot plowed on very short notice on a Sunday, I called wb and they said we can definitely do it and within a very short time.
They showed up and plowed more than I expected, did a great job and was very fair on price especially for first time Sunday customer.

W&B manages a condo that I own in West Dover and they do a GREAT job! Everyone is always friendly, responsive, and helpful. They are great about disseminating information to owners and do a great job on the financials. They also understand their role as a management company. We as owners take responsibility for the insides of our units, and the management company takes care of the grounds, association maintenance (not your toilet or stove), and state and municipal requirements.

E-mailed on a Thursday to have some furniture removed . Arrangements were made for Tuesday morning . Dan and his helper (sorry I forgot his name)arrived on Tuesday at specified time . The work was done professionally, aware of walls and other furniture. Thank You for your help .

Please, someone with any type of management experience, open a property management company in southern Vermont so property owners don’t have to deal with these people anymore. Absolute insult to the industry. Really sad there are no other options in town.
