We had the pleasure of working with Larry and Deanna and we can honestly say it was exactly that, a pleasure.
We talked to a couple of business and heard so many horror stories from other folks. When we talked to Larry and Deanna we were so surprised how they actually told us exactly step by step. We were so pleased that we decided to go with them right on the spot.
Never have we experienced such a smooth transaction. There were zero and I do mean zero problems.
We told them what we wanted and they actually gave us more. Who does that! That made us so happy!!

After a lot of thought and consideration We decided to sale My father in laws home after his passing. We had no idea where to start or how the process would unfold. I have nothing but good things to say here. Bobby was awesome, as was Deanna. They were patient and answered every question thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I was selling my parent's home (the home where I grew up) so this was a bittersweet transaction for me. Bobby understood this was not easy for me and even listened to several of my silly stories. Everything from getting the offer to the closing to receipt of the funds was a fast, smooth and seamless process. My husbnd and I dealt with Aric Mokhtarian from Home Vestors. Our entire experience from the first point of contact by phone call to the appointment for inspection of our home, offer and final closing were flawless. We have bought and sold other properties and this was absolutely the easiest and quickest. I believe their offer was fair and we did not have to list the house and have showings or do any repairs.
