As much as people love to bash their local HOA, these guys deserve some credit, particularly the President of Web properties. I had an unsightly left over construction mess below my property and they very quickly addressed the situation under difficult circumstances. Thank you William and thanks to your team. My neighbors thank you as well.

I have had nothing but a terrible experience with WEB Properties. They sent me a certified letter in February stating that my hillside needed to be weeded despite the snow that still existed. When I explained to them my difficulty in picking up Certified Letters due to my work schedule they promised to send them normal mail or email, yet I [didn't] receive three more certified letters complaining about the state of our hillside ans assessing fines to the tune of hundreds of dollars. What is confusing is that we had discussed with WEB that our hillside was being reformed by a landscape architecture firm by the end of the summer. They denied that we had communicated this until I showed them the emails that they responded to. Recently we received another letter stating that our yard had not been watered (because it is under construction) in violation of the CC&Rs. They then left a condescending voicemail stating that our neighbors have complained about construction noise before 7am, however our contractors have not started be 8am on any day, and the construction noise originated from the house being built two lots down. When called on this, WEB insisted that we were in the wrong and didn't care to see the photos which I offered to prove the origination of the noise. They are dishonest and cause unnecessary grief and expense to the homeowners and HOAs that they are associated with. I cannot express how unhappy I am with our HOA for continuing to use WEB and intend to lodge my objections with the HOA at our next board meeting.

These people are the biggest morons! They spend the HOA's money by sending out ridiculous letters about the placement of your trash can when it's been placed in the same place for two years and their representative even confirmed the placement is just fine, where it is. Yet every couple months we get a stupid letter, threatening and harassing us. If you forget or aren't home to pull in the garbage can on Monday's after pickup and happen to do it the next morning they send you a letter threatening to "fine" you and lie about the length of time (saying it was left out for 4 days when that's never been the case) the trash can was left out. Or they send out letters saying you've violated some HOA regulation even when you haven't, then when you call them out on it they reply with, "oh it was sent in error we have computer issues". Really? These people are a nusance and don't have anything better to do but drive around neighborhoods after trash day and send letters threatening homeowners, maybe they should open their eyes when they're driving around and check out how people who walk their dogs in your neighborhood allow their animals to defecate on the sidewalks and others driveways leaving a pile of animal feces behind and send a numerous letters and threaten to "fine" those people?! Web Properties Inc. is unprofessional, waste of HOA's money, literally a monkey could do their job, if there were a 0 star they would definitely deserve it. Web Properties Inc. needs to find actual work to do when managing HOA's and stop wasting people's time with their ludicrous complaints. When looking for a company to "enforce" your HOA's rules skip them entirely. They are rude and they are so dishonest it's disgusting!!

I have really appreciated the staff at WEB! In my experience, they were easy to rent through and gave timely responses to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone as I had a great experience (which is hard to find when it comes to landlords)!
