I often take realtor-referrals/ recommendations with a grain of salt, people tend to like their realtors because they associate them with something positive that happened in their lives and imagine that it was some singular and unique quality in the realtor that brought it about. Fair enough. Ryan Reynolds, though, really IS a singularity. There has never been, nor ever will be, a more capable, hard working, good natured, gentle hearted real estate professional.
